What do you get?

When you rent with us you get full use of the studio space to shoot photography and/or video. a full day is 10 hours. a half day is 5 hours.

Included in your rental are the following amenities:

• 105” Wide backdrop stand with w/ seamless (additional seamless can be ordered]

• 4 large black and white v flats

• 6 15lb sand bags

• set of 6 clamps

• 2 apple boxes

• hair & make up station w/ mirror

• changing station

• communal table and chairs

• 550V power distributor

• high speed wi-fi

We do not provide any photography and/or video equipment [yet].

How big is the space?

The studio is approximately 30’ X 40’ with high ceilings and a balcony for storage and/or additional use. The balcony extends approximately 10’ out from the back wall and is approximately 8’ high.

Is there a person capacity limit?

We ask that you keep your team to under 15 people for the most comfortable and safest experience. For bigger teams, please let us know about your team’s larger needs and we can make certain accommodations.

Is there parking?

We offer limted parking within a secure [gated] parking lot. The lot is shared with the business next door so spaces are limited. That said, we can make arrangements to reserve spaces as you need them. There is also plenty of free street parking in front of the building.

Do you need to provide insurance?

Yes, as with any studio rental, we too require that you provide a certificate of insurance with a minimum of $1 million in limited liability coverage and that you add “port 7” as additionally insured. THIs is in accordance with state laws prohibiting the renting of property without certain insurance pre-requisites.
